Experian Integrated Marketing will be taking part in Marketing Week’s 6th Annual Customer Retention Summit on 14-15 October 2009 at the Grand Connaught Rooms, London. This summit provides marketers with the opportunity to hear how leading brands are enhancing the relationships they have with customers to increase retention and maximise revenues. At the event our MD, Tony Mooney, will look at how profiling and propensity modelling strategies can deliver significant value as integral parts of customer strategy; aiding retention, cross-sell, up-sell and customer growth.
