Experian Integrated Marketing at the Customer Retention Summit

Experian Integrated Marketing will be taking part in Marketing Week’s 6th Annual Customer Retention Summit on 14-15 October 2009 at the Grand Connaught Rooms, London. This summit provides marketers with the opportunity to hear how leading brands are enhancing the relationships they have with customers to increase retention and maximise revenues.

At the event our MD, Tony Mooney, will look at how profiling and propensity modelling strategies can deliver significant value as integral parts of customer strategy; aiding retention, cross-sell, up-sell and customer growth.

Tony’s session entitled, Integration as a means to gaining greater customer insight from your data to pinpoint valuable customers, predict their lifetime cycle and ensure marketing is appropriately targeted to fit individual customer needs, will take place on Day 1 of the event at 11:00.

Other sessions include:

  • Michele Swaine of Sky who will be discussing the importance of your acquisition strategy on retention metrics  
  • Chris Byrom of Barclays will be talking about how you can recognise and act upon retention opportunities whilst managing customer retention across a multi channel/multi product organisation
  • Anna-Marie Fieldin from Bupa International will be demonstrating how you can gain an in-depth understanding of your customers’ loyalty and dissatisfaction drivers by using metrics such as Net Promoter
  • Paul Hodgins will be providing an analysis of the last two years of Virgin Media's customer improvement programme
